1. Your Right to Data Deletion

At Hiraya Digital, we respect your right to control your personal data. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information from Synergy Hub at any time. This policy explains how to request data deletion and what happens when you do.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Self-Service Deletion

You can delete your account and data directly from the platform:

  1. Log in to your Synergy Hub account
  2. Go to Settings > Profile
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  4. Click Delete Account
  5. Confirm your decision by entering your password

Option 2: Email Request

Send a data deletion request to our privacy team:

Email: privacy@hiraya.digital

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include: Your account email, full name, and reason for deletion (optional)

Option 3: Facebook/Meta Data Deletion

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Synergy Hub and wish to delete your data, you can:

  • Use the self-service deletion option above
  • Remove Synergy Hub from your Facebook Connected Apps
  • Email us at privacy@hiraya.digital with your Facebook User ID

3. What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete:

  • Your account profile information (name, email, phone, profile picture)
  • Your login credentials
  • Customer and contact data you imported
  • Marketing flows and automation configurations
  • Message history and chat logs
  • Analytics and reports generated for your account
  • Social media connection tokens
  • All files and documents you uploaded

4. Data We May Retain

Certain data may be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes:

  • Transaction Records: Billing and payment history (retained for accounting and tax compliance for up to 7 years)
  • Legal Compliance: Data required to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
  • Anonymized Data: Aggregated, anonymized data that cannot identify you may be retained for analytics purposes
  • Backup Systems: Data may exist in backups for up to 90 days before being permanently purged

5. Processing Time

  • Self-service deletion: Immediate effect, full deletion within 30 days
  • Email requests: Acknowledged within 48 hours, completed within 30 days
  • Backup purge: Up to 90 days for complete removal from all backup systems

6. Verification

To protect your data from unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask you to verify your identity. This may include:

  • Confirming your account email address
  • Providing additional account information
  • Responding from the registered email address

7. Third-Party Data

If you're a customer of a business using Synergy Hub and wish to delete your data:

  • Contact the business directly first - they are the data controller
  • The business can delete your information from their Synergy Hub account
  • If the business is unresponsive, contact us at privacy@hiraya.digital

8. Consequences of Deletion

Please understand that data deletion is permanent and irreversible. After deletion:

  • Your account will no longer be accessible
  • All your data and configurations will be lost
  • You will not be able to recover messages, contacts, or automation flows
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled (no refunds for unused time)

We recommend exporting any data you wish to keep before requesting deletion.

9. Data Export Before Deletion

Before deleting your account, you can export your data:

  1. Go to Settings > Profile
  2. Click Export My Data
  3. Choose the data categories you want to export
  4. Download the generated file
